When you book a service with one of our recommended third-party vendors through a link on our site, these terms explain how that booking works. Together with the confirmation email you receive from that vendor and their own terms, this is the full agreement covering your purchase.
Scottsdale Bach Decor maintains this website and recommends trusted local vendors, but we are not the provider of any third-party service itself. Each vendor is an independent business, and the actual service, its quality, availability, and execution, is entirely their responsibility, not ours.
By booking a third-party service through a link on our site, you're agreeing to these terms. If you'd rather not, simply don't use our site to book third-party services, you're always free to contact vendors directly on your own.
We may update these terms from time to time. If you book again after an update, the current version at that time applies.
Because these are third-party services, your booking isn't confirmed by us, it's confirmed directly by the vendor. You'll receive their contact information and confirmation by email after booking, and any additional terms they have will also apply to your purchase.
Scottsdale Bach Decor isn't responsible for any third-party service itself, its quality, timeliness, or outcome. The only exception is if we personally engaged in fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct related to your booking, that's on us. Everything else about the actual service is between you and the vendor.
We do our best to accurately describe third-party services on our site, but we can't guarantee every detail is exact, and we don't offer any warranty, written or implied, about a service's condition or fitness for your specific event. If something about a booking doesn't work out for your particular needs, we're not able to take responsibility for that. By booking, you agree to hold Scottsdale Bach Decor and our team harmless from claims related to that third-party purchase.
The price you see includes the vendor's product or service, applicable taxes, and service fees, and is paid directly to the vendor, minus a finder's fee that goes to Scottsdale Bach Decor for the referral. Any deposit you pay goes toward that total. If your requested date or time isn't available, the vendor will refund your deposit. If the vendor cancels the service, you'll receive a full refund. Any remaining balance beyond the deposit is paid directly to the vendor.
Taxes and any applicable service or facilitation fees are built into the price you're quoted. Scottsdale Bach Decor earns a finder's fee for the referral, paid separately from your payment to the vendor. Gratuity and any optional upgrades aren't included and are handled directly with the vendor.
If you violate these terms or a vendor's own terms, Scottsdale Bach Decor isn't responsible for any resulting costs, and no refund will be provided in that case.
Scottsdale Bach Decor and everyone who works with us are not responsible for personal injury, loss of life, or property damage caused directly or indirectly by severe or unexpected weather, acts of nature, fire-related accidents, or other circumstances genuinely outside our control. Booking a service with a third-party vendor through our site does not make Scottsdale Bach Decor or anyone who works with us responsible for any damages or claims arising from that vendor's service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
If any part of these terms is ever found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain fully in effect, and that specific part will be enforced as much as the law allows.
